Waiving of Registration Fees
All participants authors, presenting authors, track chairs, panelists or moderators in a symposium will need to register and pay the conference and membership fees. All board members, executive committee members and even the president of the academy pay the full registration fees to attend the IAM Conference.
Accommodation
Special venue conference rates in All Inclusive Plan are:
Single Occupancy
US$395.00 per night.
Double Occupancy
US$435.00 per night.
If you decide to stay in a different hotel, the hotel charges a fee for each day to attend the conference: USD $140.00 per day
Note: All inclusive is a room rate that includes accomodation, unlimited food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and hotel attractions (except Casino and a few restaurants)
